I have been here regularly with my family. The Sunday lunch is the best I have had outside of my own kitchen. I am picky about eating Sunday roasts at pubs as quite often the beef is over cooked, potatoes and veg lifeless and generally poor. The White hart delivers each time. From a service point of view, it is outstanding. Both the waiters and Maître d' are professional but without taking away from the local pub charm. I don’t think I have ever left a review of a restaurant before but have taken the time do do this one as the entire experience genuinely is that good.
