After going to five other stores in Bath and Bristol I finally tried The White Collection.... and my dress! The whole experience was brilliant... I was made to feel really special, my bridesmaids and mum also had a brill time. Huge selection of beautiful dresses, and even when I was sure I'd found my dress, we still tried on a load more (just in case). All the staff are really friendly, can't rate the white collection enough! Top class Bridal experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The white collection make finding your dress the most special occasion ever, I had an appointment with the clevedon shop to find my dress and the experience was just lovely I said yes to the dress with no pressure, I then had my collection appointment this week in portishead and once again was made to feel extremely special and the whole experience was perfect. The only thing is that measurements were taken when I said yes however when I tried my dress it was still very big and extremely long meaning I now will have to pay a couple of hundred pounds on top to get the dress altered, which I understand is normal with most shops and brides but think it would be good if they actually measured and the dress returned to the exact size and length that was measured on yes day ( I’ve certainly not lost that much weight for it to be as big as it was) or given a discount code if using their recommended person for alterations!

We were greeted by Sarah, We were made to feel so welcome and comfortable. She was very interested in the style my sister wanted (which was a mix of everything). Sarah pulled out 5 dresses in these styles, the 1st one my sister tried on was the one. Sarah got the style she wanted completely, my sister tried the other dresses on just to be sure. We had so much fun watching her do this and we had amazing advice from Sarah. She didn’t rush the process and made the experience truly special. Thank you Sarah and The White Collection. MY SISTER SAID YES TO THE DRESS.
