Oaks High Cliff near Christchurch. Good food. Great service from our waiter from Chile but the junior staff are clearly not trained. A young lady kept bringing food to the wrong tables. After lodging a complaint to the Manager Matt we were told not to return. Instead of an apology we are barred. The problem there clearly is Matt. He allowed staff on the floor who hadn't been trained properly.
