    Got 2 x fish and chips from the takeaway on our return from holiday. It was about 8.40 pm and they were in the process of winding down. They had the chips and did the fish fresh. But. They were bloody awful. Contacted them on messenger but they wanted me to repeat by e-mail so they could pass my comments to the branch. Why should I do their work for them? Told them they should be doing that and heard nothing from them since. No apology, no anything. I’d have thought they’d at least tried to make excuses. Their lack of customer care is astounding. Won’t be going again to eat in or take away. Other places better and not much further away.

    Friday 5th May.. website states open until 10pm. Rocked up at 8.45 to staff stating they shut at 8.30 !! Looked like an early finish to the detriment of your customers that !! Poor service…
