No respect to privacy. Employees just walk into your room even if your "do not disturb" is on !! There is also no door stopper so everytime a technician or service is requested you are left with a total stranger ( male) n your room on your own with the door closed !

I recently stayed at the Westin London City for 13 days, and I must say that this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The lobby was stunning, with modern decor and plenty of comfortable seating. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with easy access to many of London's top sights and attractions. I enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhoods, which had plenty of great restaurants and shops. One thing that really stood out to me was the hotel's commitment to customer service. From the day that I arrived to the day that I left, I received excellent customer service from all departments.
