Very bad service not able to book an appointment by receptionist was told to go to A & E spoke to Julie Jackson who was the office manager who said the same when I said I wasn’t happy she said that there were more doctors surgeries local. Was once the best doctors in Billericay but now one of the worse.

Brilliant service this morning considering it is Monday. Call at 8.15 answered within 15 mins and doctor rang 10.20, picked up medication by 11. Makes you feel so much better knowing you are considered and treated as important.

Had to call the surgery this morning for an appointment during the covid restrictions. Given a telephone appointment time and asked to send in photos of injury, which I did. The doctor called at the appointed time and I was prescribed medication for the injury which I collected an half hour latter from the local pharmacy Given these difficult times in I thought the whole episode was handled well and very happy with the service and care provided.
