After being repeatedly let down by a large hotel chain for a group of 30+ people, I felt very lucky to find The Wesley Euston at an affordable price in this location. More specifically, Zelia was absolutely fantastic in managing our requirements and answering all our questions with speed, grace and patience. I'd give 5+ stars just for Zelia - thank you! Online reviews are mixed, which is not unusual, but gave me some cause for concern. However, I needn't have been worried. If you are a light sleeper please bring earplugs, because you will need them! Otherwise, our party said they slept well and did not report any issues. My room was cosy but quite lovely, with a clean bathroom, great shower, and comfy bed. There were extra pillows and a hairdryer in the ample sized wardrobe. Breakfast when purchased separately is £15, so if you just want something light, you might want to go elsewhere for better value. I wouldn't hesitate to return to The Wesley, for an overnight stay or a corporate event. Thank you. Walkability: Moments from Euston Square / Euston station (despite ongoing construction works), easy walk from Kings Cross St Pancras and nearby locations.

The receptionist Jo, seemed to be very friendly lady. She assisted us with guiding us on how to move around London, gave tips on what transport to take us around London. We felt good when she asked us on how we were, whenever we passed by the reception counter. Another staff was Anata, whom assisted us during our morning breakfast. Definitely, we hope to be back at your hotel, if we were to be back in London. Good team at Euston Wesley Hotel Walkability: Its very accessible to Euston station

(Translated by Google) Friendly and attentive staff, very quiet hotel, pleasant and clean room, even if you can hear the metro a little, it was absolutely not a problem. Easy access, metro a few meters away. (Original) Personnel sympatique et prévenant, hôtel très calme, chambre agréable et propre, même si l'on entend un peu le métro, ce n'etait absolument pas gênant. Facilité d'accès, métro à quelques mètres.

The room they gave us had a broken AC so we all had to drag our luggages to another room that only has a queen bed. They gave us another uncomfortable cot. The next day, they asked us to move to the same room because the AC has been fixed. When we arrived in the room, the AC is still broken and they gave us a fan instead. The maintenance luckily arrived and said that this room has been broken and waiting for it to get fixed for a while. The reception the night before said that they usually put older people in the same room because it’s hot. The reception this morning wasn’t nice and keeps cutting me off whenever I try to talk and wasn’t listening to any of our side. Not a good place to stay. We moved a total of 4 times! Spent and wasted 3 hours waiting for a new room.
