I joined this walking group at a particularly anxious time in my life. This activity scared the hell out of me but there was something about the lady running it that made me feel comfortable. The group attracts a wide range of ages and personalities and we have had so much fun just strolling and chatting. The benefits to my fitness have been immense, BUT, no where near as great as the benefits to my mental health and anxiety levels. I cannot recommend THE WELLNESS WAY, highly enough. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Joined Jackie's 6 week course every Monday for 3 hrs is great experience to try new things to cope with life's stresses. I enjoy outdoors but made me appreciate even more via various activities. Really helped me review my own coping strategies and found rewarding just trying to art/ craft activities linking to nature. I don't suffer with depression just have a lot on my plate but this course can help so many in different ways. Great to try taster sessions and do things that I normally wouldn't attempt. Great course to appreciate nature too! Going to miss attending. Jackie has a great fun personality it's going to make such a difference to me. Will be sad to say goodbye!

A great positive experience, a chance to overcome physical and mental obstacles and connect with others to help grow mindset. Jackie was brilliant! Welcoming, warm, listened to feelings and concerns which we discussed through in a positive way. This really was a positive and relaxed process from the initial chat through to the challenge day itself. Jackie really helped me identify areas from my past and present that were stopping me from moving forward and left me feeling stronger and more empowered to continue my journey equipped with skills I always had but never knew how to utilise! The relaxed approach allowed us all to open up and really bounce off of each other during the day and the different activities, leaving as friends and still supporting each other. I really can’t recommend Jackie and this course enough, if you’re hesitating... don’t! It’s one of the best things I’ve done for myself ever.
