The Wellmacy Clinic is easy to get to by public transport and is a pleasant and relaxing space. If you are nervous about blood tests, Hanieh has a very calm, reassuring, yet professional manner. She was able to put me at ease and keep me comfortable even though my veins are always hard to find. Hanieh emailed and texted to check I was ok and to inform me of the tracking number for DHL. She even gave me tips on how to encourage my veins to surface on future occasions. I felt well supported throughout and would highly recommend her.

This is the place to go for a blood draw. My veins are not easy to find and I had some disasters in the past. Hanieh put me at ease, showed me how easy it was to find a vein, and it was the very first time that I didn't feel anything, despite filling a few tubes. Would highly recommend to anyone.
