Wait for 45 minutes to get a helpless response from phone “ We can’t help you to book your appointment this moment, you need to call back couple weeks later.” Phone call reservation system is totally a rubbish!! NHS service is quality if the operation staff of your GP is qualified.

Husband has terminal cancer, received text to make an appointment. He also has a serious issue he needs to talk to GP about. He was told that there were no appointments so would have to call at 8am next day. Did this and at 52 seconds past 8am all appointments gone and he is instructed to call the next day. THIS IS A SCANDAL. No one to talk to just an automated message..

Since the practice has merged together, the service has become awful. You can’t just ring for an appointment at any time of day, you have to be on hold from 7.30am for 2 hours. Do not bother doing an e-consult form, I done this to be given an appointment with the nurse who then told me they shouldn’t have given me an appointment with her as she cannot prescribe or help - it needs to be with the doctor ( despite me saying exactly the same as what I had wrote on the e-consult ) so they clearly do not read these. I’ve now been waiting 3 weeks for an appointment which is quite frankly, shocking. When you do receive a doctors app, it’s a constant rotation of random doctors who know nothing about you or your medical history. Such a shame, as when this practice had Dr.Shora in it, it was 5 stars.

No stars if I could !!! Absolutely shocking. Surprised they are still open. Rude receptionist can’t say much on the doctors as I haven’t been able to see one in 2 years !!!!!!!
