After previously living with Greystar and being satisfied with their service, I was considering choosing them again. However, my recent interaction with Jezza Loyola, a staff member, has been disappointing. When I booked a viewing on their website and provided basic information, including my expected move-in date in mid-June, Jezza Loyola responded by saying, "We don't have 1 bed apartments to offer at this time. We'll contact you once there are availabilities. Please always check our availabilities HERE in Rightmove for updates. " Despite expressing that I was enquiring about a viewing, Jezza Loyola sent me a list of questions that I had already answered, asking for the same information again. Additionally, I noticed that the prices for 1-bedroom apartments on their website started from £1,494, but Jezza Loyola informed me that the prices now start from £1,750, as the previous prices were outdated. As a suggestion, it would be helpful if Greystar could provide training for their staff on basic email etiquette and ensure that their website is regularly updated with accurate information. The communication with Jezza Loyola felt impersonal and lacked the expected level of professionalism. I appreciate Greystar's commitment to providing quality service and hope that future interactions will be more courteous and efficient.

We have just moved into Well House for a week. Ms. Jezza from the property management company has helped us a lot in preparing to rent the flat, signing the contract and moving. She is enthusiastic, professional and responsible, which makes us feel comfortable when we first arrive at Sutton. The whole flat is clean and tidy. We are very satisfied with her arrangement for us.

I went to view a flat and it was Jezza Loyola who showed me around. When I asked her if it was the Well House who decided not to rent the flat to me, would they give me back my reservation fee. Jezza Loyola said, "No, because we have held the flat for you and it was off the market meaning that we couldn't rent it to other people." This is NOT true! Unless it's the tenant who changes their mind, the landlord MUST return the reservation fee to potential tenants whom they have rejected. I therefore decided not to pay the reservation because they were so dishonest since Day 1!

Since I’ve stayed in the next door Adagio apt hotel for my relocation period, I just stopped by to make a viewing appointment, and I got a surprising response from manager. She said “I am not ready to meet you, please come again” In a rude and arrogant manner. The poor owner don’t know that She broke your business down.
