Definately not was a real dump. The online photos do not reflect the poor condition such a very cramped, poor standard facilities, bedding and lack of service eg: doesn't offer breakfast, not even a vending machine. Had to virtually sleep with your luggage as rooms are so cramped, no refrigerator to store food eg:milk, fruit yoghurt for breakfast seeing they didn't offer a service. My advice is to steer clear.......

(Original) Buen hotel para ir en pareja e ir para dormir únicamente. Muy bien conectado al resto de la ciudad con las paradas de metro de Bayswater y Queensway, además de muy cercano a Hyde Park. Las habitaciones dejan que desear (dentro de la habitación se escucha el ruido del pasillo, el baño era pequeño, cama hundida pero se dormia bien...) pero por el precio y la ubicación merece mucho la pena.
