I have recently attended The Wedding Shop and tried on several dresses ready for my wedding next year. The experience was like no other and I really do have to thank Maggie for this. I felt at ease from the minute I arrived and I felt that nothing was too much hassle. I 100% recommend for any brides to be as I know I’ll be returning to try on some of my favourite dresses. My mum said the following: “A friendly and supportive welcome, Maggie was attentive and ensured that we were comfortable and informed through the consultation. She listened to concerns and make some excellent suggestions on the dresses. We will be returning to try on our favourites again”.

The team at the wedding shop made wedding dress shopping a wonderful experience from start to finish. As a lot of people are I was nervous at my first appointment but their friendly, no pressure attitude helped me relax quickly. Then through to choosing and buying my dress, fittings, collection and even cleaning after it has been a delight to work with a group of people whose love for their work and care of their clients shows in everything they do!

Fantastic mother of the bride appointment to day thank you so much Susie nothing too much trouble and encouraged me to try so many outfits I wouldn’t have normally didn’t feel rushed and love my new outfit complete with beautiful hat we travelled 1 hour 45 min to get there but was so worth it thanks so much for the care the advice oh and all the tea ❤️ photo to follow after the wedding

I had a lovely experience buying a wedding dress here! The space is amazing, set up really well ♥️ I had no idea what I wanted and Maggie was really great at making me feel at ease and comfortable, nothing was too much for her, after trying on quite a few dresses, Maggie picked up on all the different elements I liked from each dress and she suddenly thought of the perfect dress for me at the last moment, brought it out and I fell in love I knew it was the one it combined all the elements I liked and I was super happy ♥️ almost 4 hours and Maggie’s upbeat energy didn’t drop for a second her customer service deserves a massive thumbs up 👍🏽 and we got a glass of bubbly each to celebrate at the end 🥂 I would definitely recommend! ☺️

Overall excellent experience here. All staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Dresses are affordable with a good budget range. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when I was late for an appointment/requested last minute alterations. Alterations were swift, appointments were relaxed and quality was excellent. Some members of staff are clearly more experienced but all were accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Cannot recommend the enough. I first went a few months ago on the search for the perfect dress, picked out the ones I wanted to try on before I arrived and they were all there waiting for me to try on....beautiful dresses but not The One....then the lovely Lexi asked if she could pick out a couple that she thought would look good....well what can I say.....she picked out the One. Certainly not what I had thought I would choose but just beautiful. So a massive thank you to Lexi and the rest of the team for making the day so special. Picked up my dress yesterday and cannot wait for October to wear it. I had gone to two other wedding shops but neither of them could compare to the The Wedding Shop Thank you 😊 xx

My mother of the Bride dress appointment was the most amazing experience! From going in explaining I didn’t really wear dresses and definitely not a hat came out with a beautiful floral Veni and will be wearing a hatinator :) Made to feel totally at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Don’t think I’ve had so much fun trying on dresses. Would definitely recommend a visit! Thank you x

The staff were super friendly and kind. Jenna listened to me and understood exactly what I needed. I had the whole floor to myself, and never felt the pressure of needing to find the dress. Luckily though I found the perfect one for me. Thank you for an amazing relaxed experience.

Lovely visit today with my mum and MIL to be. Mandy was fabulous and exceptionally patient with my mum’s endless list of likes and dislikes. We left with a beautiful and classic Mother of the Bride outfit. Mandy was kind, encouraging and knowledgable. We really appreciated that her main aim was that they were happy and comfortable with their decisions and wasn’t pushy at all. My MIL left with the name and codes for two dresses she wants to think on and we were allowed to take photos too which is really helpful. A previous shop hadn’t allowed either! The Wedding Shop was the best we’d been too and we’re so glad we made the trip. Thank you ladies!
