I can't recommend the wedding room enough. Hannah made me feel so comfortable and good about myself. I was abit weary trying on wedding dresses again as I've not had the best experience with the first wedding shop I had visited as nothing fit me and didn't make me feel very good about myself. Well I can't say the same about The Wedding Room I felt so welcome and nothing was too much for Hannah. I'm not getting married until 2024 and that didn't matter she still made sure I would find my dream dress (which I didš) I cant thank you enough and can't wait to come back for my next fitting when my dress arrives. Thank you so much.Xx

I have never felt this level of customer service and felt so special. I came to look for a wedding dress on the 16/4/22 for next year i did not expect to walk out with a dress the same day.hanna who owns the shop was just astounding and just amazing the whole time i was there she was so welcoming and really helpful at what i was looking for so i will definitely recommend THE WEDDING ROOM.

I wanted to treat myself to a nice suit and decided to visit the wedding room. As soon as I walked in I felt as if they looked me up and down and thought he canāt afford it. Originally told me they didnāt sell suits, then when I found a suit I liked kept mentioning the price over and over. Saying you know itās Ā£Ā£Ā£ donāt you. Then suggesting I go to matalan or somewhere cheaper. Felt really patronised. Then when I asked for a catalogue she said there was no point. Not sure why. Decided not to buy the suit just because of how I was looked down upon. Considering I can more than afford it. Youāve just lost out on Ā£Ā£Ā£Ā£, as I would of also potentially spent thousands on my future wedding

Before my appointment I was so nervous to go because I am a bigger girl and I thought I would look stupid in the dresses. But as soon as I walked into the shop Hannah made me feel at home straight away I have soo many choices to choose from and we got the full bridal experience with Prosecco and everything. I did not know what style would suit my body type so she helped massively in that area and helped me to find what flattered me and what didnāt. In the end I chose my dream dress and it was absolutely stunning they even have a seamstress in store which makes the whole experience even better. I would 150% recommend this place amazing from start to finish I could recommend enough

Hannah immediately puts you at ease and makes the whole experience an enjoyable one.
