These ladies are genuinely are the most amazing people. I'm so glad I randomly listened to a wedding podcast and thought I'm going to find them and ask them to help plan our day. Honestly the best thing we ever did. Their engagement with us throughout was so good and their ability to know what you need even before you do in the planning stages and especially on the day is just second to none. Our wedding would not have happened without the help and support of Tori and Caroline and we can't thank them enough. We first approached T&C in 2019 for our wedding and they stuck with us through the pandemic to help us create a beautiful weekend in September 2022. They went above and beyond to support us with re-arrangements, managing suppliers and styling the flowers, stationary and tables to help our vision come to life. We were free to enjoy the day without any worries, safe in the knowledge T&C and their team were taking care of us! I would highly recommend T&C to anyone hosting any event! I cannot recommend Tori and Caroline enough. They were our planners for our December wedding and helped us put together an amazing team of suppliers, made our day run effortlessly smoothly and sorted any problems before they even became problems. They went above and beyond from looking after our dog who wasn’t allowed inside our venue, to making sure our bags were taken to our hotel room for the evening and driving my husbands parents home when they got tired. And on top of all this, they’re just really lovely people and genuinely enjoy what they do. If you’re thinking of hiring wedding planners, stop thinking and look no further. These are your ladies!

Tori and Caroline helped us curate the most amazing, perfect day and weekend for our wedding in the Cotswolds. It's hard to believe that at one point we didn't think we needed planners. On the day help with a professional team tirelessly working in the background to make the experience of your special day as smooth and carefree as possible really is the least of the magic that VC offer. What was great for us was their presence throughout the planning process, from Venue Selection to styling, decor and floral choices all the way through to bus/transport logistics and making sure we didn't go over budget. It really makes a huge difference having people who've done this before in the room, whether that's reassuring you that your cutlery and crockery choices really will look good with the choice of tablecloth and decorations or being able to say "we've worked with that band before and they're great" or saving you hours of googling with top lists of their favourite suppliers from past events. We managed to think about every possibility well ahead of the event and get plans in place which led to a really smooth experience for us and our guests, we couldn't have been more thrilled. Highly recommended.

This lovely pair planned our wedding in June 2022 with an amazing care for detail. They listened to what we wanted and gave us options to pick from then confirmed what we wanted. Leading up to the day they were always on hand when we called to talk through things. On the day of the wedding they were there all day supporting us, making sure things were going on time, including the next day to clear up. These ladies sorted out moving our wedding date due to covid without any hassle from any suppliers. I highly recommend them for any event! Amazing ladies and brilliant company, worth their weight in gold for a brilliant smooth event!

Tori and Caroline helped design, plan and co-ordinate our wedding day. After taking time to get to know us, what we wanted and our budget, they were able to take our vision and transform it into something even better. They had solutions and supplier recommendations for everything you can think of and on the day the organisation was impeccable. Communication was regular and clear. We chose a fairly DIY venue and they were able to take charge of everything with all suppliers and timings and guests, things that I just wouldn’t have wanted to be doing on the actual day. We had guests come up to us after saying how brilliantly the day was run and it’s all credit to this team. Even when I had something on my white dress these two pulled out a baby wipe and chalk from their Mary Poppins bag. Can’t thank them enough for helping to create such a memorable day.

We had the most amazing weekend of celebration, from an intimate rehearsal dinner and large welcome event, to the wedding day, ending with a farewell brunch - they carried out our vision better than we could have ever imagined, all while keeping us reassured and confident throughout the process. The experience, expertise and professionalism of TWPs saved us so much time, energy, money and unnecessary stress and drama, allowing us to fully focus on what mattered most in the months leading up. On the day we knew we were in good hands and that we could be as present as possible. Victoria and Caroline took care of the smallest details to the largest decisions, and heroically saved the day when something very unexpected happened midway through the wedding.
