I visited this shop looking for my dream dress. They are having an amazing choice of dresses and dress that I really liked is made by tailor in the house ,you can change every single piece on that dress,add whatever you wish or remove what you don't like on the dress😀 Lauren was brilliant, prepared better than any other shop that I visited. She had her little "magic"box,she was adding straps, belts,sleeves whatever I wanted to make dress look very realistic. She was way more then helpful. Hugh recommendations for shop and Lauren.

I bought my wedding dress from here back in 2017 and returning to the store now with my cousin for her wedding. I could not recommend this shop enough, I visited about 6-7 in total and the customer service was by far the best. I was helped by Kerry (not sure if she still works here) but she was so patient and brilliant. Our wedding was postponed by a year in the end and throughout all the uncertainty and numerous change of plans she was extremely patient and helpful, I was never made to feel like a bother. I was also living abroad at the time so there were a few logistical issues, but I was always given practical solutions for them. The shop itself has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, I thoroughly enjoyed coming for my fittings and have nothing but pleasant memories. The selection of dresses is beautiful and was definitely the best around South West London. Despite this being the last shop I visited, I still had no idea what dresses I liked and Kerry was exceptionally helpful, gave me advice on what would suit my body shape, went through the different styles (I had no idea of all the names etc) and to what level they can alter dresses. It was almost like a little intro into wedding dresses which was really helpful for someone like me who had no clue where to start. Most importantly I absolutely loved my wedding dress and there is no feeling like feeling 100% happy with your dress and body on the big day itself, all the alterations were done *exactly* how I envisioned them and I can confidently say my dress was perfect for me.

The whole experience from consultation to fittings was an absolute pleasure and all the staff are lovely and knowledgeable and the finished dress is absolutely stunning.
