Number one for me: amazing sunny windows with a glorious view of the river and blonde stone, plus very friendly lovely staff. Lots of happy people having drinks on the terrace. The food is amazing. I came for breakfast and then came back for afternoon drinks and dinner. Local (and Cornish) delicious food and really interesting bar selections too.
