Visited shop today at around 12:40pm just want to purchase a simple stand for my Laptop, Staff has chceked the shop stock and was told, Yes we have them in stock but not on display just at the back storage. I ask if I can see one? I wanted to make sure that it will be a good fit for my laptop. Staff Answer was No, sorry we can't do that. I ask why? You can only have a look on the computer screen of what we have. Never ever will I return to Currys PC world In York, Pure Laziness of Unprofessional staff! It was to much of a hard work for them to go at the back storage and bring one small box to customer!

Looked through the online site which displayed that the availability of an item was in stock. Visited in-store and enquired a member of staff, who was rude about the whole situation and told me to purchase the item from online - as they could not do anything about the item not being in store.
