Really friendly place - lovely relaxing welcome and general atmosphere - offering great haircuts - the best I've had in years. The beard trims however are basic clipper cuts with no wet shave which surprised me. I was also disappointed when their loyalty scheme app lost my previous 3 stamps (I changed phone) and even though the barber knew I'd been 3 times before, he didn't offer to honour the missing visits and suggested I start over. My loyalty was lost at that point I'm afraid, which was a great pity, so I've gone to another nearby barbers which uses razors on shaves and seems keener to keep me as a customer. I have to say thank you though, the haircuts really were great! I'm sorry to have moved along.
