I was very disappointed. with The Water Cooler Company , I ordered a mains fed water cooler and what turned up was a bottle fed unit. After challenging this I was then send a conversion kit. I felt the whole matter was very misleading in terms of what was supplied and very badly handled

Very helpful staff, slight delivery problem:the email telling me of delivery details was correctly sent out. For some strange reason it took a fortnight to arrive! The cooler was up and running by then.There was a slight problem with the machine, the Water Cooler Company arranged someone from the manufacturers to contact me and all sorted very quickly. Would recommend this company.
