But it was more than just buying the watch, the whole journey with this dealer was exceptional from the initial contact with Jenna through to the delivery, everything filled me with confidence. Its fair to say the watch exceeded my expectations , it looked good on the website , which itself puts many larger dealers websites to shame by providing excellent and accurate images , plus accurate and informative descriptions. I have dealt with numerous watch dealers over the years and it is refreshing to see and deal with a supplier whose descriptions and images ACCURATELY describe the actual watch , that is not something that can be said about all dealers! The watch ordering process and delivery was excellent. The website was simple, quick and easy for payment, delivery was fast with watch arriving the next day. The watch was lovely, in the condition described. A challenge I did find was actually speaking to a person, this related to watch trade in values. I received text messages in response, these didn't provide all of the information I needed, and no return phone calls.
