I recently visited this sainsbury’s to buy a meal, and unfortunately, I had an encounter with an employee named Rui who made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He exhibited rude behavior by following me around the shop and giving me inappropriate looks. This experience left me feeling sad and unsafe, ultimately leading me to leave the shop. Terrible customer service was trying to get Lunch before my bus to work, none of the self checkouts were operating asked a person to serve me and they walked away ignoring me asked security if I could buy food and they didn't let me because they don't open till 11 but let people in for some reason from 10.45??

I like Sainsbury's, good food, great doughnuts. Scanning your own shopping as you go around makes it easier not having to unload the trolley at the till, especially for people with a disability. And the aisles are wide enough unlike the co-op on Lewes Rd . However expect your bill to be higher compared to Aldi.

Would be 5 but the quality of the hot counter has dropped since Sainsbury's have gotten rid of staff serving you and made it a pick up from the window service. I prefer the interaction knowing if more food was about to come out or not. Food is now rubbery sitting in bags
