Beware what the doctors write on your medical notes...telephone app yesterday and notes contradicted the conversation. Also told that you can't get osteoarthritis in shoulder while internet states you can.not Happy at all.

If the phone lines are open for a you to book an appointment don’t assume they’re open. As it’s Good Friday I wasn’t sure if they were open, google says they are but you can’t always trust the opening times google state. But I thought I would try calling anyway. I was a minute too early phoning up to get an appointment and got the automated message they were closed so I hung up and tried again when it hit the hour. It started doing the usual ringing and I got in the queue to get an appointment so I was like great they’re open, by quarter past 9 bare in mind I rang at 8, I had gone from 9 in the queue to 2. RIDICULOUS. Turns out in the end this was because people were hanging up after waiting so long and it wasn’t because people were actually getting appointments. I’m still unsure as to wherever they are actually open on good Friday at all or if they’re working reduced hours. But why on earth would they have the phone lines open wasting Ill peoples time if they aren’t going to answer!

I don't know what happened recently but the service was great when I needed them. Receptionists very helpful,in person and on the phone and I think they have hired some new doctors because they were very thoughtful and friendly and kind. Keep it up like this 👍.

The staff at warley are always polite and very informative. We are all aware that doctors surgery’s are in high demand from patients but as always the receptionists are very helpful. Each doctor I have spoken to personally has been equally as good. I didn’t feel rushed and really felt as though they listened and took their time to understand my issue. Overall, every single staff member gets 5 stars from me.

Posting on behalf of my friend. After nearly 30 years (from birth) being with Warley medical I am appalled at how down hill they have gone. Receptionists with no people skills what so ever. It’s impossible to get an appointment… so you get told you will get a call back from a doctor. Waited over 6 hours no call, rang them to query to be told the doctor had documented they had called twice. Before you can even respond she’s jumping down your neck stating THATS WHAT THE DOCTORS PUT NOTHING I CAN DO! and this was the same receptionist who was having ago with a patient and put the phone down on them when they were unhappy they never got a call but again THAT DOCTORS DOCUMENTED THEY HAVE CALLED.. when I was last in the surgery!! So definitely appears to be a REGULAR OCCURRENCE!! Doctors are still not seeing patients yet are being paid to call patients but aren’t even doing that. The receptionists are appalling just lately and are quick enough to tell you to find another surgery which isn’t good for the practice. I will taking this further with CQC as the quality of care here is appalling. And I will be sourcing another GP Practice which is a shame, but credit to DR DESEI & DR JUKES! there the best doctors in the practice. But sadly will be the end of an era for myself and warley medical centre!

I hate writing reviews but I was compelled to do so due to the service recieved. I cannot really falter the receptionists as they have been helpful each time I have called. 1. Surgary is really really busy and to get an appointment is difficult however I have managed to get appointments albeit face to face but most over the phone which is usually not helpful. 2. On a random visit I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, I was pressured to go to A&E when I didn't need to, granted I had high blood pressure but to scare you like this? 3. Rather than listen to the patient, I found that the doctors here think they know better, they put me on multiple medications and made me extremely unwell with side affects. I pleaded for a private referral to a cardiologist 6 times and despite the reluctance from the last doctor he finally agreed. 4. I went on an appointment and the doctor I saw decided to call his family/friend during consultation. If I could. I would avoid this place like the plague but due to reasons outside of my control I have to suffer till their services improve and doctors are trained to provide a professional service.
