On the 3rd of November I was given a call back appointment with Dr Willis, The doctor rang me and was very kind and spoke to me about my problem (hernia) As this is a underlying problem to the main problem I have at present (DVT) He went through everything with me and said I needed to be examined When I got to the practice i waited about 10mins then went in,he checked it and said it needs a repair,he got me an appointment within 2 weeks, Gave me a doctor's note, booked me in for stop smoking and weight clinic, Dr John Willis is a credit to the practice, kindness and devotion goes a long way Also got caught for flu jab by the nurse, A lovely kind and caring lady who as a lovely personality who makes you feel at ease, In my opinion they made my visit happy and relaxing Thank you Dave Hughes

Absolutely rubbish doctors you tell the doctors what's wrong and then they ask you "what do you think it is"" I mean come on???!!!! As for the receptionist rudeness is off the scales I would never recommend this doctors should be ashamed of there practice wish I could give them no stars i would !!!! Rant over!!!
