Why are they not reading the reviews and sort this strut problem! You don't make British manufacturing and ingeneering proud!

Like many other people I struggled for ages trying to work out how the hell to fit the front support struts (6) onto both the frame and the front of the pan. In the end a pair of clamps enabled me to simply bend the end at 90 degrees to 60 so it will fit the pan. It looks absolutely fine and the barrow is working well. I read elsewhere on here that the reason it comes the way it does is to make the eventual fit tighter. I am not all that practical and happy to be convinced otherwise, but this just seems unlikely. Rather this seems like really poor attention to detail and a product almost designed to irritate customers. If the way I received these struts is correct, then the instructions are absolutely terrible.

Great wheel barrow , the holes line up perfect ! The problem with a few of the negative comments is you didn’t assemble the correct way, MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE FRONT SUPPORTS ON THE PAN FIRST ! That’s it 👍 YOU THEN PUSH IT ALL TOGETHER (INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD BE CLEARER is the only fault) !

I think the holes connecting the arms to the main frame (or 'nose') were drilled slightly too near the ends, which left that connection really wobbly even after fully tightened. The arms don't fit down tight into the nose frame. It still all fits together OK, and with a bit of force you can get the front supports in place OK (I noticed others have an issue with this, but in my case I could just push them into place). Once assembled the barrow looks smart. And I really like the yellow wheel, it feels tough. However, the only thing holding the assembly tight is the sheet metal of the pan, hence there is a lot of wobble side-to-side as you use the barrow. This doesn't feel right, the entire structure of the barrow wobbles under load.

The 2 stars are for assembly I Finally put together but it's a real pain the trick is to leave all the pan bolts loose then put the support struts on last by pushing the pan towards the bolts once they are in tighten the pan bolts, then finally the struts i had to call them as struts seemed too short but the abrupt man on the end must be tired of these calls that he instantly asked me for my email address to send me a video but unfortunately I didn't receive it i think I left a letter out when I gave it to him, I figured it out in the end

Although the finished assembly looks okay I have to say that the instructions are woeful. In the end I had to phone them up for help only to be dealt with with a sneering attitude. "Did you tighten the bolts as you assembled it?" Of course I did. "Well you shouldn't have, you should have finger tightened only" Where in the instructions does it say that asks I? Silence from the other end of the phone. Hang your head in shame.

Cheap & nasty. Front support bars don’t fit, not even close! Had to buy a non-standard Torx screwdriver bit to fit bolts. Worst barrow I’ve ever bought, never again!

Agree with the comments about the support struts....they appear at least an inch short . To "stretch " them into place would pull the pan out of shape. Fault could be remedied by simply making those struts longer or drilling the holes in the main frame nearer to the body of the barrow. Having to use the barrow without the struts which is not satisfactory.
