The "Waffle Project" is truly a Birmingham gem for anyone craving sweet treats and have just started a delicious Lunch Menu too !! The moment you walk in, your senses are delighted by the aroma new decor which is cozy and welcoming, Especially the comfy seating and lighting. We ordered the French toast and my son had the chicken panini, and it was absolutely delicious. The French toast moist and warm, with a lovely chocolate and syrup that you can drizzle to your liking, presentation was also on point. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, Iram and Muskaan making the whole experience even better. The prices are also very reasonable and well worth the quality of the desserts. Highly recommend the Waffle Project to anyone with a sweet tooth seeking and looking for a nice lunch a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
