The Visa agency assisted my wife with applications for Further leave to remain (x2), Indefinite Leave to Remain and Citizenship. The service, advice and support was outstanding. The process for FLRM, ILR and Citizenship can be confusing and stressful. We found the Visa Office to be a massive help, nothing was ever to much trouble, all our queries were handled swiftly and explanations always provided. Whilst being extremely professional the staff also have the “human touch”. We will mention Peter in particular who has handled most of our applications, we look upon him as a valued friend from all the time and work Peter has spent on us.
