Had a few challenges getting a GP appointment, but in today's climate that's universal. Today needed one, called this morning and had a call back same morning - problem solved. Also had dealings with the Practice Pharmacist and one of their ANPs in the past both of which were swift, pleasant and efficient.

Having moved from a good surgery because of new location, we were nervous about a different GP. No need, we are totally happy and so impressed with Vine Surgery. Even better and glad we did it. Reception are extremely helpful and so far contacts with doctors and nurses on the phone has been brilliant. Thanks 😊

Everyday when you call, they automatically put you on hold call number 25 and you have to wait until call queue number 6 and they drop your call, and when you call again back to caller number 25, is Joke. Wait for another hour. Eventually they are not going to help you In anyway even if you die while holding on call, outrageous. 0 star.

Appointment made by my G.P. for a Saturday morning appointment I arrived at 1100 o'clock for an 11.30 appointment walked in offered a cup of tea and see a doctor by 11.10 best service I could have wished for Excellent service ,received treatment and left the surgery by 11.25.

The Vine Medical Centre is the worst service provider within Maidstone. My mother who is 84 has tried to get an appointment to see a doctor for months and continually gets offered a phone call. What has happened to the care of patients ? Why are doctors surgery's no more than a call centre, if this is the way forward perhaps we need to invest in more hospitals and shut down the public funded doctors. The doctors surgery's just want to send you to Hospital anyway.
