Really enjoyed our stay here. Great hotel staff were really nice and our room was lovely. Breakfast was included in the price. Self service buffet and lots of choice of things to eat. From a full breakfast to cereals, pastries etc. The only downside was the lack of plug sockets beside the bed. Plus the fact that it was a really deep bath that you had to climb into to shower/bath.

Didn't stay, went for dinner so 3* was middle ground. Food was amazing, but the service was awful!! Spoke to 2 waitresses, they didn't seem to understand what I was saying. Had to ask the same question to 2 waitresses, the second one didn't even come back to me, just left with a blank look on her face! Asked for the bill and to pay, again, waitress stood with a blank look before coming over 19 minutes later. Real shame as the environment and food are amazing! Didn't stay so hard to mark the rooms.

To be honest we only popped in to the Vincent Hotel for drinks at the bar but were shown a lovely cocktail lounge, fabulous rooms and a surprisingly stunning offering . I took some pictures of the bar which indicates a fab place. Right in the centre of Lord Street Southport I do believe my wife will be booking a spa day in no time
