Fabulous surgery. The response times are amazing and the staff are extremely caring and kind. Cannot fault Dr Liu or Dr Thakrar, both are wonderful GPs that obviously take their jobs very seriously. The nurse practitioner is also lovely and so efficient! Would give several more stars if it were possible. This surgery is a god send!

One of the best pieces of advice my daughter ever gave me when my wife and I moved to the area (some 8yrs ago) was to register with the Village Practice Cowplain. Nothing less than 5 Star in our guestimation. Yes, anyone of us can pick holes in anything we come up against, that’s a human behavioural thing however taking a holistic view of the Village Practice either as a stand-alone entity or as part of the Primary Care Network you’d be extremely hard pushed to beat it in terms of excellence. All those involved at the Village have your health and welfare forefront in their every move. Sounds too good to be true this day and age with all the nonsense we hear on the news and social media but believe me this practice is a great place to be when you need help and encouragement.

I have been registered under Village Practice for one year and Dr. Thakkar is just amazing. Very quick to respond to calls which I have never had from any other GP Surgeries in the UK. Unfortunately, one of the receptionists has an attitude. I had very rude responses from the receptionist a couple of times. So did my friend snd wife who are registered with Village practice. The other front desk staff and nurses are brilliant.
