Been going here for years and had some quality bargain. Sadly no more, been today and the store has change, no more can you browse through mountains of bolts of fabrics. Small sample now in a showroom setting and prices have massively increased. Change has not improved this store.

I recently purchased from the Yorkshire Fabric Shop via the internet a quantity of "London Printed 012 (Alice Wonder)" patchwork upholstery material and had it sent out to me in Australia. The service was efficient and the goods were received in 5 days from the dispatch of the order from the UK.. An excellent service considering the goods travelled half-way around the globe. Loads of fabrics, all different textures and colours, about of a faff to drive to cause Google kept sending you around in circles, but eventually found the entrance, the staff very helpful and cheery, certainly a great selection, they are based on the 1st floor with no lift, but there are outside metal stairs to get there
