We had an interesting project to build a large orangery and wanted to engage a reputable contractor for the flooring. We contacted a handful of trades for quotes, including this one. We found the Victorian Tile Company to be the least helpful, least interested and least professional of them all. Our concern was that if we couldn't establish trust and a great rapport with them before formally engaging their services, what would they be like once the project was started? In contrast, the tilers we engaged couldn't have been more supportive.
