Quite possibly the worst awning company to use - absolutely no idea about customer service or most importantly how to put up awnings professionally. Initial contact from the salesman JH was great (makes sense though he got our money up front!!)👍 They sent someone to assess the work needed we gave artwork etc. No problems... and then they finally fitted (after delays and delays and delays) when questioned about the poor work they said the reason why it doesn’t look right is because of the roller and spring!! It was perfectly fine prior to them putting it up!! The install manager was due to inspect he didn’t show up - when I called he said his child was ill. No notification from the office at all! Although he said that he would get to me but needed to work out how long it would take on his sat nav!! He didn’t call me back or show up!! OMG really... Cost us over 3k!! Much better quotes and easily more professional outfits out there. Also when we paid the money it all went downhill. Failure to put up when agreed in writing! No notification of attendances! Incredibly poor workmanship. Complete dosregard for health and safety. Incompetent staff throughout. Tried to speak to a director for almost 2 months before NC finally responded!! Enough said - solicitors will now sadly have to be used. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Biggest annoyance is I used them before and they were perfect - lots has changed internally on the admin as well as their workforce! I ran one of the most famous British restaurants as well as an iconic club off Berkley Square all my acquaintances will be informed and one who recently asked for a recommendation has already chosen another company!
