Time after time we have had appointments cancelled at short notice. We are also told that we need to keep ringing back every few days to see if there are any slots available to have our puppy neutered. Every time we ring, we are told the same. This has been going on for over 6 months. Seems to me that this practice has no vets. It's a shame, as the staff and nurses are super helpful, but we can no longer use them, as a vet with no vets is pointless.

We did have a miscommunication with the vets about our kittens getting neutered, but to be fair to them they immediately resolved it as soon as I contacted them with my concerns - 5* for that. Every visit to the vets so far has been great
