My King Charles Cav has been coming to this vet since he was 10 weeks old and they gave him his first jabs. I highly recommend them!! Twice now I've had "emergency" situations and they've fitted me in within the hour. Most recently he was neutered and I can't rave enough about the measured advice James gave me, and his patience! Karen really put me at ease when I dropped him off (emotional mum) and went through every step with me. They were lovely with him and looked after him so well! Thank you!!

It's such a shame that you hire such nasty vets (Josh) as the place used to be a good vets. He was rude and nasty to me and my pet and overcharged me heavily. The practice owners should take this seriously.

Do yourself but more importantly your pet a favour and go to another vet! What a waste of time and money. I think this vet found his qualification in a cereal box. My dog went in for a skin irritation and this vet was more concerned about the wetness of my dogs chin. Even after I told him that the dog had just drank water he continued with his questions on why his chops were wet. Seriously, he was obsessed with finding out why they were wet. Like my answer wasn't justified. What kind of vet doesn't realise or accept the fact that a dog's muzzle is wet after drinking water. Ridiculous. Anyways, my dog's problem was resolved elsewhere.
