We had 2 different dogs needing care this week, one was for an emergency operation on her foot. I would give more stars if I could for the kindness of nursing and receptionist staff but mainly for Dr Alba. As a vet she is caring, a good communicator and you know she will do her best and my dogs just love her! We are very grateful, thank you.

Visiting this Vet was never a easy task for me, especially when we have been treated with prejudice and bit discrimination by the clinians, it made each visit very dreadful. Never Had any problem with the front desk staffs, all ladies were friendly and helpful. However, Our last visit has changed our perspective dramatically. Thumbs up to Dr Kurran Parti, he has patience, is friendly, informtive, and above all, he cares about the animal and their owner (at least that how I felt). In addition, Sharon, the front desk staff, she was so lovely, and very accommodating; and the young lady who booked me with Dr Kurran Parti, I'm so sorry I didn't get your name, but, thank you so much.

I've been there once before. I just didn't feel like they really care about pets. Seems like it's there just to make money. Personally I only went there once because they are open on Sunday but don't think I'd ever want to go back. Much better VETS out there who seem more caring.

Avoid this people. I’ve been there twice and would never go again. Prices terrible, customer service disgusting. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! When my dog needed emergency treatment the first question was - can you wear a mask at your visit? I have a shaking screaming dog in my hands and you are asking me to wear a mask first! Went to Pets at Home Chingford Vet. They are the best people ever and always happy to provide an emergency service to my both rabbits and my dog. -Julia Wilson- P.S emergency VET request after pandemic! Disgusting customer service! i make sure not of my friends use your practice. Glad few already left.

Took my elderly mum's cat here. Young girl on reception had been rude to her on the phone and she was reluctant to see her. I booked in and then listened as the girl was rude and patronising to another elderly lady that had booked in on line but the girl was saying she hadn't done it 'properly'- just help her then. She was clearly upset as her dog was very unwell. A little empathy for eldetly people wouldnt go amiss! They are dealing with sick animals that they are worried about and find computers confusing. More staff training needed!

Had absolutely horrible experience tonight. Vets and nurses are very nice, love pets, respect owners. Management doesn’t fit at the right place. Unfortunately manager doesn’t give me her name, when asked. But definitely on wrong job. Not nice to customers, don’t care about pets. Is she on the right position to get job with pets and public? Girl got an attitude, probably not experienced enough in this kind of business. Looks and feels like aren’t professional people are working in the management. Just today recommended this vets to my neighbor. Now I’m starting to regret. Very upsetting to get in nice vets and get to deal with people like this manager. We were actually only 9 mins late got stuck in rush hour traffic. Then had to wait in queue for 10 mins at vets before we could check in only to be told we can’t be seen as 20 mins late ! Had very big trouble getting our dog into vets tonight as she was very nervous after her operation Monday . Charkey only had to be briefly be checked over for 2 mins ! What is happening in today’s world? 😕 Dave and Maria.

I highly recommend The Vet. They always take care of my pug The best care in the neighbourhood, I have been to other vets close by and nothing comes close to the care and love for animals like this place, the receptionist, nurses, Herman and all the workers here have a passion for what they do. Love this place 👍

Reception is clean and bright. Divided into 2 seating areas 1 for cats and 1 for dogs. Well thought out. And the vet we saw was very nice
