We have been using the vet for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else, all the staff have a real love for all animals. They are really friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a decent vets to come here, they are reasonably priced and don’t try and rip you off as some vets do! ❤️🐾

The team at the Southampton branch are absolutely amazing. Our dog has terrible anxiety when it comes to going to the vets. Everyone worked at Ralph’s pace. We were given lots of information about helping with his anxiety. First class service. Highly recommend

What amazing place had emergency Friday tea time with my dog she had to be operated on straight away so this meant staff stayed on well over there hours and not one staff member complained all the staff more amazing the care my dog Polly and myself got was outstanding we were well looked after I can not thank them enough

Felt the need to review The Vet Southampton they’ve cared for my dog Hugo who car in a car accident - they were great with him and kept me up do date with everything & even helped me out with the insurance stuff, I’ve got a lot on my plate so this really went down well for me! I would strongly recommend this vets as they’re upfront with all costs, clearly all love animals & the coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine is awesome. Thank you guys!

Excellent service today. The girls on reception are always lovely. I was offered a tea/coffee. They covered my cat's basket in calming spray, which was a kind act. Vet was very nice and managed to give my stressed and angry cat her annual vaccination. Can't fault them. They are also good value. This is the best value vaccination in the area.
