Appear to only use locum veterinary staff only . No continuity of care then are able to charge you for another consultation charge the following week when you return just to tell you your pet is fine or you just need some more tablets . It's a SCAM . Also if you have an issue with treatment then they wash their hands of it ' locum vet ' excuse

They just want your money! Been going this vets for 1.5 years now each couple of months we go in there they have different vets, staff retention must be poor and I swear they have a target to sell you 2 different prescriptions for each condition. Recently went in there for my dogs constant scratching and red skin, the vet hardly examined him and told me he needed an anti itch injection for £100 which will fix it in a few hours. 2 days later, he's still itchy, I've wasted my money and feel helpless. I phoned them up and they never got back to me!
