Great place to stay, rooms were lovely, spacious with tea and coffee making facilities and bottled water, even chocolates left on the bed. Room was in a quiet part of the hotel. Only downside is trying to find the parking, which is behind the hotel, however we were given directions by a member of the team who even waited for us to make sure we parked in the correct place.. Had breakfast in the morning, full English with tea, cereals and yoghurt, food plentiful.. Staff very friendly.

Staff were friendly, room was fine apart from the fact that the music below went on til 2.45am in the morning. No prior warning of this. Worse still, we were told parking was included and the only place to pull into was the NCP car park so we naturally assumed it was in there. The Vestry evidently, only had 4 spaces whose signs were obscured by parked cars. My partner went to check in which took 11 mins. We then left the car park having realised that wasn't where we should park. A week later we received a £60 parking fine. When we called the Vestry they said, it's not our responsibility. Why could they not have told us when booking the room as we did so over the phone. BEWARE.
