Avoid like plague or Covid!!!!!!! Shame I can't choose 0 stars to be fair. My car went in for repairs after accident an it went down the hill from there. I'll keep it short My car been in twice because of poor repairs and the They completely ignored me from there onwards. On top of very poor repairs they curbed one of my wheels while delivering it back. Plus left damaged trims and which started to come away not long after. The excuse they game to me was "That all we can do as we don't have alloy specialist" After moths of promised call backs and ignored emails I had to take my car to an actual body shop and pay out of my own pocked to get it right. Best advice I can give you is if you can avoid "The Vella Group" that will be best decisions you ever made. Service: Body & Trim

Excellent. Continued feedback and progress updates were very helpful and appreciated. My car sustained a lot of front damage. New wing, lights, new bonnet, grill etc. Suffice to when the car was delivered back on an outsourced rescue vehicle the driver said all cars he collects or delivers are always smashed. He had never delivered a new car before ! He agreed with me how nice all the staff were as well. Thank you. Recommended

Initially the guy that collected my car was very pleasant, I was told then that someone would contact me, but no-one did, so I rang them a week later. Then I was told to ring the following Monday. Then they said it would be the end of the week, then the next week. Then I got a call a day later to say it was ready. Very confusing communication. I was also told to just leave my courtesy car with them, but I spoke to the hire company myself and this was not the procedure. When I collected the car, the work looked good and the staff were helpful. I just think a bit more communication earlier would have been helpful.
