The panoramic sunroof on my 2016 Audi A6 developed an untraceable bad leak which caused water to collect mainly in drivers side footwell . After much searching I came across TVSRS and took my car to Andy in Feb. this year. With his meticulous attention to detail & wealth of knowledge on sunroof leaks, Andy resolved the problem. Since the repair, the car has experienced heavy rain, light rain, snow and ice and yes NO water ingress!! Many thanks Andy

After many google searches I came across Andy who was able to identify the fault with my panoramic roof, order in the parts and turn the vehicle around within a few hours! Absolutely fantastic customer service, proper invoicing, always available on the WhatsApp and very knowledgeable. The quality of the work was also very high calibre. I'm so glad I found Andy. My E91 3 Series Touring had a bad water leak from the panoramic sunroof. The roof mechanism itself had also stopped working. I contacted local BMW specialists who told me they couldn't help, my local BMW dealer quoted a ridiculous price for a full rebuild, and managed to make the water leak worse in the course of their inspection. Enter Andy. He booked me in quickly, and in one day and for a fraction of the insane price BMW quoted me, he sent me away with a working sunroof, a fixed sunroof drain, and wet vacced carpets to soak up the worst of the leak. The water leak turned out to be a complicated and rare problem. Andy talked me through what had happened, how we could address it, and came up with a tailored solution on the spot. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and made sure I understood what was happening. He got my roof mechanism working again with no fuss. All done for a great price. I'd go back in a hearbeat, and I would recommend him without hesitation; he's a true specialist, expert, and really nice guy to boot! Thanks again! 10/10 Service: Auto water leak repair

Spoke to Andy over the phone, told him the issue with my 58 plate Merc clc and straight away he had an idea of what was wrong. Took it down and within minutes found the issue. He ordered the parts from merc and a week later he called to book the car in for the repair. We arrived, the car the in Andy’s in whilst we walked down to the local pub.
