It was my first experience here and I spoke to a lady at the counter, explained I was unsure what coil to get but had a photo and we found 2. When I arrived home I realised they were wrong so went back to the store for a refund or swap and explained the coils were wrong and she got very aggressive. She said that she saw my picture of what I needed so she wasn't wrong and I said I could show her they didn't fit but she just kept saying she wasn't wrong, making me feel very embarrassed in a store full of people. I left with 1 coil swapped and feeling really upset about my experience, I didnt understand why she acted the way she did but I won't be coming again.
