Horrendous treatment of patients, suicidal patient phoned for doctor, told id be phoned back no call back, snotty receptionists need retraining, trying to get an appointment is an absolute joke, dr i spoke to even told me the system in this place is a joke, avoid at all costs for your own safety

Took time off work today to take my dad in as he has had a fall. hes got 2 black eyes and a swollen forehead... he phoned up in the morning and the receptionist said he could be seen. got there and and they turn round and say he has not got an appointment nothing we can do..... no help at all and left my dad embarrassed infront of people... a nice lady even asked to swap her appointment as he was in such a bad way and the receptionist was having non of it.... absolutely shocking to leave someone who was clearly in a state of distress and confused to walk out and just get on with it.... what can of monster does that to an old man.... he was only asking for help...

A while back I called to ask for a doctor to call out to see my elderly mum as she was very poorly. DR ADEBANJO called out to see her. He was a breath of fresh air the minute he entered my mums. He was professional and very thorough, he was caring he listened and let us explain what the issue was and he then went through all her medication gave her a full examination I cannot praise this doctor enough! He is a CREDIT to The Valley medical centre. He reassured myself and mum and got to the bottom of her problem. I cannot thank him enough! THANK YOU SO MUCH. FOR YOUR TIME AND SUPPORT DR ADEBANJO!

Horrendous, impossible to get an appointment even for quite urgent stuff. The reception staff are rude and obnoxious. Told to order a prescription 48 hours before it was due and I ordered it a week before it was due and it still wasn’t ready, the staff tried to blame me. All the good GPs have left so it’s full of students not knowing what they’re doing.
