  Is very dissgussting at any time that i try to arrange an appointment with my doctor , is like an "impossible mission" more than an hour on the phone at 1rst time in the morning to get disconected without the possibility of even speak when you are in the 1rst postion(this happend to me a lot of times , i could hear somebody for a second on the line but them i get disconected) or just to hear is full book today you need to contact us tomorrow with a very rude attitude by the recepcionist and all of this while im sick is very very disgussting , the doctors are not bad but the sistem throught this low proffesionality recepcionist is making a bad service on the vallance center.

Acudí a recepción , donde mi doctor me dijo que podría dejar las muestras. Al llegar le pregunte a una de las recepcionistas donde podria dejar estas muestras, ella me contesto bruscamente y me mando a casa . Como puede hacer una recepcionista algo asi sin nisiquiera dejar que te expliques? Ella estaba leyendo una revista y nisiquiera fue capaz de prestarme atención. Le explique que estoy enferma y que mi doctor lleva pidiendome estas pruebas semanas que no podia irme a casa, en lugar de ayudarme y decirme donde dejar las muestras me dijo que si las dejaba allí las tiraria , como una simple recepcionista cree que tiene el derecho a tirar mis muestras???? Tambien le quito importancia a lo que me ocurria diciendome que ella tambien tenía enfermos en su familia. Si trabajas en un hospital con enfermos no puedes llevar tu vida personal al trabajo , debes saber que estas en un hospital . Mi ingles no es perfecto y mi marido intento ayudarme a entregar mi prueba realmente no sabia que hacer , la tiraria la recepcionista si la dejaba alli y me dijo que volviera en horas , cuando el hospital ya estaria cerrado. Ella inmediatamente por ser un hombre el que me ayudaba empezo a despreciarlo y a ignorarnos , incluso me amenazaron con cambiarme de hospital?? Es increíble la poca educación que hay en esta recepción, las recepcionistas te tratan como si fueras una basura y ni hablar de si no eres totalmente britanico , ellas son racistas y no deberia ser asi y menos en un hospital .Tambien me dijo que ella no tocaría mi “mierda” nadie le pidio que lo hiciera pero ella prefirio leer su revista sin interrupciones como un tranquilo domingo en casa , en lugar de trabajar correctamente en un hospital.

  Never answer the phone, receptionists are ill-mannered and when they very rarely do answer the phone they speak like you’ve interrupted their conversation. It is very frustrating when you can’t request medication or get through to your GP because of the self-entitlement that these “receptionists” seem to have.

  Shocking absolutely shocking. Twice I have phoned ( emergency hours) regarding two of my children, one for asthma problems and the second my 6 year old with prolonged cold symptoms. Both times been told I can't get an appointment, even a 5 minute call?! Children? How is this even allowed?? Now I know why A&e is over swamped because the Gps are turning us away! Now I have been told to call 111? Really? To be on hold for half my day? Absolutely disgusting, if anyone can go private you are truly blessed.

  I cannot recommend the Vallance Dental Centre enough! Their professionalism and quality of service is second to none. I wanted to whiten my teeth and my dentist, Dr. George Cheesman, went through all the options with me and gave me the pros and cons of each program. In the end, I went for the Enlighten Teeth Whitening program and the results were spectacular. My teeth were noticeably whiter within just a few days and I had minimal sensitivity. In my final surgery appointment, I forgot to bring my trays, but Dr. George allowed me to go back home to get them and worked through his lunch break to allow me to finish the appointment today. Honestly, I can’t recommend him enough! Also, special thanks to Pauline and Abida for assisting with the final surgery appointment today. I would highly recommend the Vallance centre and Dr. George to everyone.

  Rude receptionists, not inclusive and a badly managed practice! When there’s no direct phone line for a Chinese speaking receptionist available to help in my view, diabolical! Why not, when lots of their patients are elderly Chinese? Also, the timeline for ringing the GP is ridiculously early and if you miss it, you have to call the next day! Do they know elderly people sleep till late in the morning?! The 2 stars are for the clean and tidy place, and the nurses and GP are nice humans!
