Been trying to make an appointment to see a doctor. Called this morning, "oh, sorry, call after 11.00". Called after 11.00 "oh sorry call tomo rrow morning". It's ridiculous, it can take days just to get a doctor to call you back. It has to be sorted. Now May 2023 and no better, n fact worse. Phoned today at exactly 7.59 and got message surgery closed, so called at 8.01 and after a message got cut off. Ok

I have been needing an appointment with my doctor at the Valkyrie surgery for over 2 years now. And I haven't had one because calling them is a nightmare. Been trying for months and just can't get through. Bring back the online appointment booking. So much simpler. Receptionists can be okay sometimes. However, I managed to get through last year, said I was desparate and in mental health crisis, they said they hope I feel better soon! No hint of trying to get help. Luckily I was safe with my family but what a joke! Update (year after first review): I've had my first appointment with Dr Coker in 3 years, she is a wonderful doctor and the only reason I bother trying to get an appointment at Valkyrie. Attentive and helpful always. Can't speak for all doctors but she is wonderfully helpful and kind

Give them a call for an appointment and guess what, they are all gone at 08.04...well done! Afternoon appointments are the same! I'm struggling with skin problems and I'm unable to make an appointment with them from almost two weeks! Thank you guys! Awful management and call system!!!

Visited the doctor today who was incredibly dismissive and wouldn’t even let me speak to explain my issue - she told me she’s “read my notes” and literally didn’t let me speak. Astounding treatment from a health professional.
