Photos are not like the real place. Our room was not ready. The manager had gone out with his mates for drinks with all the room keys on his person. The poor barmaid tried hard to sort things but we left quickly and went to the Premier Inn North West York. A much warmer reception, room was ready, food great and cannot praise this Premier Inn enough. Do not use the Vale of York.
