Despite two e-mails and two calls to an answer machine, this company has yet to explain how a charge for £16.98 appears on my AMEX account. At 81 I have never been involved with catering and certainly not received goods from the company. Some explaining required pronto.. Have since been contacteed by senior member of staff. The charge was perfectly valid. Confusion arose from description on web site and no indication that the goods were ordered through a third party., Rubber gloves - not clear from the goods displayed on the web site. Have ordered Amesx to restore charge to my accoubnt. All is forgiven!
