Repaired my floor cleaner. Went to use it and part was missing. Contacted the shop not interested. Said I would have to buy a new part and they had not lost it. Yet for them to try it out they would have to remove and refit the part. After using it without the part it still does not perform as it should. Thank you.

Aboslute gem of a find. A real gentleman who cares to actually read and understand your emails. We drove 20 miles with our Bissell carpet cleaner to allow him to investigate detergent not flowing. He found the fault repaired it then serviced it. Result was an 8 year old cleaner ran like it was brand new. He charged a very reasonable £90 all in! This Vacuum Store is worth your time and money, also remember it's good for ecology to keep a perfectly good machine going instead of throwing it away and buying new!! Many thanks for the professional customer service you gave us.
