I have used The Used Racking Company a number of times for racking in our sheds, the longspan is so easy to put up and is very sturdy. No nuts and bolts needed to put together and the frames are already assembled for you. I would highly recommend using them.

Set a date for a site survey 2 weeks in advance with numerous correspondence. 15 minutes before the scheduled meeting Andy called me because he had 'something else to do' and cancelled, despite confirming the meeting that morning. I had 2 guys at the unit waiting. Thanks for wasting my time. Glad I didn't do business in the end. What a swerve.

For too long I have battled with not enough shelf space in my garage, using racking from the usual DIY shops. The Used Racking Company was recommended to me by a friend so I called for some advice and spoke to Charlotte who identified exactly what I needed. I've just put it all together (I collected), and it went together easily and is a fantastic product - I bought their own brand system. Great comapny to buy from, everyone was really friendly including the guy in the warehouse who gave me enough advice so that I could build it easily.

I had asked the company to confirm delivery date as items were being delivered to a different building - they didnt do this. Then the delivery guy refused to deliver the items into the building leaving 3 of us having to take the delivery apart and move piece by piece. The frame is also shorter than i had requested. Incredibly disappointed in the company, I would say service, but nothing has been supplied!
