Terrible experience. The door was faulty (slightly bent) which meant it sometimes wouldn't open- particularly in hot weather. The company director was extremely unhelpful. The end result was we had to get the door removed and replaced by another company and claim money back via section 75 claim

Unfortunately we have had nothing but problems with our door from start to finish. No one gets back to you when you call them. I really would never use them again! It’s a shame as we thought we would support a small local business but it’s been awful!

Door was as described however, we were told that door would receive an adjustment once it had settled and when contacting urban door company to book this in, I just received excuses and to this day, they haven’t had any intention to help with my warped door.
